The students of Lee are indebted to the competence of this staff for the efficient management of their cafeteria. Lee’s janitors are responsible everyday for the clean appearance of the school. Their job is often overlooked, but it is indispensible to the smooth operation and good reputation of Robert E. Lee. Janitorial Staff 17

Mrs. Crigler Clinic The recording of such important data as the results of dental checks and yearly vision and auditory tests is done by the clinic. The competent nurse, aided by the clinic help, is always on duty to help any student re¬ quiring assistance. The efficiency with which the clinic is run is greatly appreciated by the student body. Miss Mary D. Haldane Marshall U. A.B. Mrs. Dorothy K. Lundin Hunter College, Catholic U. A.B., M.S. Library Robert E. Lee High School is fortunate in having an excellent library which provides the student body with the opportunity to gain interest and knowledge in a variety of fields. All kinds of reference material is available in the large reference section. There is also an excellent periodical section and a very interesting audio-visual department. Books of every subject from science and history to mystery and drama can be found on the fiction and non-fiction shelves. The library is a profitable place to visit both for research and pleasure reading. 16
