Home Economics The sense that something was cooking could often be felt by students passing near the Home Ec. rooms this year—and they were right. Something was always cooking whether it was chocolate chip cookies or just a lesson in child care. Future homemakers learned by experience the art of keeping their own homes, under the expert super¬ vision of the Home Ec. teachers.
