Guidance The Guidance Department fulfill an extremely important function in the lives of Lee ' s students. It administers a wide testing program and guides the student toward gaining insight into his own problems and choosing the proper courses in order to pre¬ pare for a career or further education. Less recognized is the fine job done in the field of public relations. Through contact with the home and community the image of Lee and her students is constantly projected before the public. Library Lee High School has an excellent library which provides the student with the oppor¬ tunity to gain interest and knowledge in a variety of fields. The large reference section makes reference material of all kinds avail¬ able for use by the students. The library has the largest audio-visual department in the area and an excellent periodical section. Books ranging in subject from science and history to mystery and drama can be found on its shelves. The library is a profitable place to visit whether for reference work or reading. Mary D.
