Only in l876 when Dioz become president did the country begin to progress ond to hove o stoble government, The revolution of l9lO brought this ero to o close. The government wos not firmly estoblished ogoin until l9l7 when o new con- stitution wos put into effect. Todoy, Mexico, regordless of its mony set bocks, is showing remorkoble signs of progress.
