President James A. Cross Dr. James A. Cross, now in his fourth term as President of Lee College, has perhaps guided the greatest period of growth for this institution. Under his supervision, Lee College has added a new men ' s dormitory as well as a new women ' s dormitory. Under the Administration of Dr. Cross, Lee College has become a fully accredited in- stitution. When on a brisk De- cember afternoon, the South- ern Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools informed Lee College that it had re- ceived its accreditation, the entire student body and facul- ty rejoiced as well as Dr. Cross. Proven to be a leader in the religious realm, Dr. James A. Cross has also shown himself to be an excellent educational administrator. 20
