H x-vr% r n r-v Footsteps — symbols of the past of yl L W V- i L every man— whether echoing a life of simplicity and fading away or remaining freshly printed in the sands of time. Nineteen hundred years ago a sun-tanned Nazarene, the Son of a car- penter, walked the shores of Galilee leaving a perfect footprint with a clarity that, though made only with a soft step of a Judean sandal, will never fade. Those steps that reached out to challenge lives, heal sick, comfort broken hearts, have never been retrodden, for they were printd by the limitless love of God and continue to challenge us today to follow IN HIS STEPS. Yes, the King of Kings, Jesus our Saviour, came to the earth as a man leaving us an example that we might also leave a clear, firm footprint as we walk with Him through life. Lives of students are mingled here as they follow His footsteps by way of Lee College to pre- pare for life Gone — echoing joy, regrets, sorrow, and happiness, are your footsteps for this past year. How fresh are their prints? Have they come near be- ing IN HIS STEPS? In your hands you hold a misty written record of faces and names that recall moments — moments that are gone, moments that will remain foot- prints in time. You cannot reverse your course, or erase its prints, but if it has been faulty you may alter your pathway now by heeding the call of the Master to follow IN HIS STEPS! Terry Hathaway, Editor
