The team worked hard together and hoped to be the best. Their strenuous efforts and hard work- outs paid off when the team finished with a regular season record of 18-Z and an overall record of 25-5. ln regular season, the Panthers were only defeated by Central Davidson. Coach Lee com- mented on his team, They had a good season. They worked hard and improved as the season went on. At the Fall Athletic Banquet, Craig Foster received the Most Valuable Player Award and Bob Boyd was awarded Most lm- proved Player.
