One of the many projects undertaken by the Beta Club is the publication of the Ledfordian. Other projects include refreshment committees for the Booster's Club and donations for a new activity bus. One qualifies for membership inthe Beta Club through individual scholarship and character. Sfudenf Rule More than ever, government at Ledford is Government of the people, by the people, for the people - and it's working! The Judiciary Board has its own set of checks and balances. The students decide on their punishments am privileges. The Student Government has been busy working for the students, this year it sponsored the Homecoming Dance and Christmas Dance. A popular dress code has been adopted. The Student Government started an event which is likely to become annual -the Ledford Mock Homecoming. Life at Ledford has been enjoyable this year, thanks to Chris Payne and the Student Government.
