The members of the Future Farmers of America help keep Ledford beautiful through the planting and maintenance of flowers and shrubs. The FFA also represents Ledford in various contests. This organization, under the leadership of Mr. Setzer, serves a very important purpose by preparing Women Allowed FFA young men and women for a successful occupation in agriculture. This year, there's a new addition to Ag-Horticulture. Lady Panthers put in their two cents' worth in this division, giving the boys competition in a field that was for so long For Men Only. X

Help Yourself by Helping 0fl1ers In its second year at Ledford, the Health Careers' Club continues to interest its members in the varied vocations of health. ln addition to service projects, the club informs its members by providing guest speakers who are in health careers. These speakers are inspiring to the students, teaching them the need for dedicated persons in the various fields involving research and actual active involvement.
