KIMBALL November 17, 1919-April 15, 1974 Dare to be right, dare to be true, You have a work no other can do. Do it so bravely, so kindly, so well, Others will hasten the story to tell. Dare to do right, dare to be true, Other men's failures can never save you. Stand by your conscience, your honor, your faith Stand like a hero, and battle till death. OUR PARENTS From birth to death everyone goes through a growing pro- cess. We have just been through one phase of this process known as the school years. This perhaps, will have been our hardest. Yet without you there is question if we could ever have completed this phase and been allowed to go on to another. It was your love, concern, and helpfulness that compelled us to keep on trying. We were assured of always having you there to encourage and comfort us. You have helped prepare us for the future and what it holds for us. With your help we have grown strong and confident. Yes, we are prepared for the world because we have had you, and we thank you, with love. F Q2 x fmfaw s --'Sv N X ,f X Xa, QT! X 4 .,..: , , xg' y. 2' A 1. Q- . Everyone enjoyed a dance, food, and a visit from Santa. The gifts Santa passed out were later sent to The Salvation Army to be distributed. STUCO Day gives the students a chance to help Council solve problems and create goals. The week of Valentine's Day Council sponsored Sweetheart week. One day was Greaser day, and everone dressed in styles from the '5O's. Each discussionleader gave an evaluation at the end of the sessions after STUCO Day. Each Year Student Council sponsors a service project. This year Council collected for Muscular Dystrophy. Student Council teaches students a little about what it will be like in the future when one elects government officials. Voting and cam paigning take place just like in real elections. Many classes passed I through Mrs. Becker's room during her 11 years of teaching at Lebo. Every class seemed to come out with more knowledge and better manners than when they entered. Her competence showed through her smile and every- one knew there would be no horse-play in her class. Mrs. Becker's students will surely be better citizens just because they were her students. She will always be fondly remembered. Thank-you, Mrs. Becker, for your help and inspiration. We wish you good luck and continued success, and happiness. TOM OWENS As an act of deep and lasting appreciation, the Senior Class of 1974 wishes to express our thanks to Mr. Tom Owens, who has influenced and directed our class through the past three and one-half years. His kindness and consideration have won him respect and admiration which will last through the years. Thank-you, Mr. Owens. Senior Class '74 .
