MEN ' S DAY STUDENT CONGRESS: All ' s quiet (?) around the Day Student House so we guess the big stick is being wielded rather convincingly. MEN ' S SENATE: The Senate is just full of mem- bers that wish somebody else were in their shoes, but they manage to frighten the freshmen rather efficiently.
