Memories are being stored up that will invigorate the mind for fighting days ahead. But not all college memories are happy ones. There are the times that try men ' s souls. Struggle and disap- pointment are as essential to a college education as are suc- cess and the congratulations of friends. The vase is not fashioned unless the clay is well-pounded. Fight. Show courage. Train for action. When later responsibilities come, you will be ready for them and happy in accepting their challenge, thus bringing honor to your- selves and credit to your Alma Mater.
