As the Class of 1984. we have suffered many successes and a few defeats. Like other classes before us, we spent our first year learning our way around the halls, when not to talk back to upperclassman, and finding our very own niche at LHS. During our sophomore year, we were given the opportunity to enroll in drivers education, and many of us receive our drivers license. We all enjoyed cruising the town on weekends. As juniors, we participated in the Candy Coke Committee and upgraded the quality of past proms with the Junior-Senior prom entitled Re- flections of Sweet Memories. As juniors, we also won the privilege of being named the winner of the Homecoming float. Coming into our senior year with mixed emo- tions, there remained numerous tasks that de- manded attention. We experienced the Senior Dinner Party, the fitting of caps and gowns, among many other activities. The people who led the seniors through many accomplishments were president, Mike Beard; vice president, Erin Dulhanty: secretary. Colleen Feldt; council members Joe Venezia and Eddie Schilling, and petitionable seats Beth Williams and Mandi Cline.
