jim Ulm Hrublwl Vacation time? Not at all. Students of LHS are very familiar with an entirely opposite picture. The scene on the opposite page is rather an un- familiar one for it is seldom that the principal's office isn't buzzing with activity. Students and faculty members make this part of the building one of the busier sections during a normal school day. This office, however, is but one area in which administrative functions are performed. The school is for the students but it could not exist without the guidance and work put forth by our school board of education, superintendent, principals, dean of girls, and the teachers in every department. Through their efforts we acquire knowledge from which wevbenefit. Our faculty goes to school, too. Several LHS teachers have spent their Summer months and winter evenings attending colleges and universities very recently to further their training and to obtain advanced degrees. On the following pages are pictures of our administration and faculty and a listing of their assigned teaching duties and extra-curricular activities. 1950 Cedars Page N meteen
