A sum of 356,000 was appropriated by the school board to pay for the 1402470 foot building. The armory is located at Fifth and Isabell Streets. The modernistic rooms contain Sopho- more, Junior and Senior classrooms, offices, arms room, supply and training aids' rooms. Also a five-point rifle range, one of the best of its kind in the state, is located in the building. If a person were to Visit this building around May 1, he would see the building spic and span and all prepared for the Fifth Army Inspecting Officers Team from Chi- cago. Also the unit holds a record of 56 out of 68 years as Honor Unit.
