FRANK PASSERELLI Clown St. Thomas That flash that streaks by you on the way to the cafeteria is' more than likely Clown, flying down to get some food. Besides eat- ing, his other hobby is collecting all the baseball and football books he can get. Clown is quite popular around Leavenworth for his jokes and monkeyshines. He favors English and economics, and hopes to become a good baseball player in the future. Football Team, Baseball Team, Junior Red Cross WILLIS PAYNE Bill Hopeville ln his four years with us, Bill has made many friends with his clean cut personality. Bill's favorite subjects are mechanical draw- ing and history. In his spare time he likes to swim and drive. After graduation Bill plans to enter the Army Air Corp. Junior Red Cross, T. C. A. ROBERT W. PEKRUL PiCkel'el Hendricken Bob is a quiet, studious boy, who is known as the lamplighter, due to his great skill in holding a light while the boys work in auto- mechonics. Pickerel has a cute smile that some day may prove of value to him in winning the hand of some fair maid. He lists history and math as his favorite subjects along with auto-mechanics. He has no immediate plans for the future. Junior Red Cross DANIEL PERILLO Speed Webster There isn't a teacher or a pupil in Leavenworth that doesn't think Speed is tops. His favorite sport is football, at which he is also tops. His favorite habits are being late and not coming to school on Fridays. VINCENT PETRUCCI Vinnie Vinnie is one fellow who always takes his work seriously, His favorite subjects are mathematics and mechanical drawing. Vinnie's hobbies are photography, bowling, and swimming. After Vinnie graduates he expects to be a toolmaker or draftsman. Junior Red Cross JAMES PIERSALL llJi'nll Jim, one of Leavenworth's favorite sons, has done as much for our school as has anyone of this graduating class. In his four years at Leavenworth, he has proved himself worthy of competing with the state's finest high school athletes, and has also proved himself copo- ble scholastically. He terms mathematics and shop his favorite subjects, and places bowling, skating, and billiards at the head of his list of time-passers. Though he is a quiet sort of fellow, his silent nature has not handicapped his popularity. His hobbies are chiefly swimming and fishing. His favorite subjects are shop and aeronautics. This witty little girl enjoys all sports. Her favorite sub- jects are history, English and physics. Doris collects records and enjoys drawing during her spare time.
