HOMER HALLOCK During his four years Homer has been rather retiring, so we know little about him. He takes pleasure in fishing and swimming. His favorite subjects are chemistry and English. Homer hopes to be a machinist after graduation, if he doesn't join the Navy first. Junior Red Cross, T. C. A. HERBERT HARVEY Prof Driggs Willing to cooperate and always friendly, Prof will never find himself without admirers. His favorite studies are aeronautics, me- chanical drawing and auto mechanics. He likes to fool around with radios, V-controlled gas models, and gas-powered boats. He is always singing jazz songs, After graduation Prof intends to enter the aviation industry. Lots of luck, Prof. ROBERT HARVEY Bob Prospect Community Bob, with his shy, quiet ways, is one of our classmates who hails from Prospect. Usually he con be found in the halls, talking in the midst of a gang of the boys. Bob's favorite subjects are physics and automobile mechanics. These, and his hobby of working on automobile motors, are all parts of his future work. With all this background we know he will be successful in the trucking business. The boys wish you luck, Bob. Junior Red Cross LESLIE R. HAWLEY Leg H. Chose Les is a fellow who takes things as they come and is always found where the fun is. His broad smile and ability to go along with a joke rate him high among his class mates. Although he claims swimming as his favorite sport, in the wintertime he can always be found cutting quite a figure at Hamilton Park. Les is undecided about the future, but we are sure his obility in mechanical drawing will help him. Junior Red Cross

ANTHONY J. GlUSTlNlANl Babe Driggs Babe is a happy-go-lucky guy, who has a large grin and a joke for every occasion. His hearty laughter and keen sense of humor make him an outstanding member of his class, Babe enjoys good music and collects records. He can always be found with the crowd at the T. C. A. dances. His favorite subjects are chemistry and economics. Babe's ambition is to be a tin-smith and heating engineer. Editor-in-Chief, Tech-O-Scope-1946, Junior Red Cross, T. C. A. RICHARD GUGLIEMETTI Dick South School, Oakville Dick comes to us from Watertown High. He is Watertown's loss and our gain. During his short stay at Tech he has won many friends and has become quite a printer. Dick picks fishing and coin collecting as his favorite hobbies. GUGLIOTTI Little Mary Webster Shy, Little Mary makes friends easily and is well liked by both boys and girls. She 'finds history and math her favorite subjects. Mary enjoys all kinds of sports, especially skating and basketball. She plans to make nursing her career and traveling her pastime. We hope her plans will materialize. He left Tech in May, l943, to serve in the Navy for 34 months. He returned to Leavenworth a senior last September and soon became popular. Math and drafting are his favorite subjects while hunting and fishing occupy some of his spare time, Ben hopes to make use of his best abilities and become o draftsman. Keep on smiling, Ben. T. C. GEORGE HOWARD Salty Hopeville The students of Leavenworth had little chance of making George's acquaintance, but those who do know him value his friend- ship, as he is o quiet and serious-minded fellow. His favorite sub- ject is auto mechanics while hockey and pool are two of his pastimes. George's future ambition is indefinite, but we are sure he will make a success of whatever he undertakes. Snow shoes Hopeville Richy Howard, better known as Snow-shoes, is the happy-go- lucky type of fellow who is always found singing between classes. He favors mathematics during school, and plays baseball and bil- liards for a pastime. He plans to play pro baseball in the near future. Knowing him as we do, we know he will make the grade. Baseball, Basketball, Junior Red Cross PAUL F IANNACCONE CORNELIA T. HUNTER Corny Walsh Known for her warm interest and friendly smile, Corny has made herself popular among her classmates during her four years at Leavenworth. She lists dancing, swimming, basketball, and bowling as her favorite pastimes. Of her studies, economics and chemistry seem to interest her most. Corny's interest in fashion will, without doubt, be an asset to her when she enters Pratt Institute to study designing. T. C. A., L. L. A., Junior Red Crass, Secretary of Senior Dance Committee Paulie Maloney Paulie's pleasing personality and convincing voice have won him many friends during his four years at Leavenworth. Paul is also one of our best athletes and contributed greatly to all of our victories in football. His favorite subiects are English and economics. As for his hobbies, he enjoys collecting sport books. Swimming is his favorite pastime. Paul plans on entering the construction business as soon as he graduates. Junior Red Cross, T. C. A., Football
