DONALD FABER Stretch Buck's Hill Stretch's many pleasing characteristics and ready smile enable him to acquire many friends, and Stretch can be seen with them around the hall. Hunting, fishing, and boating make up his hobbies, while chemistry and mathematics are his favorite subjects. Stretch's future ambition is to become a chemist. Good luck! SALVATORE FARACI Sal Slocum Sal's favorite subject is chemistry, which seems to come very naturally to him. He is also known for his ability as a great football star and has seen service on the varsity team. Hunting and skating are his hobbies. His main ambition is to become a printer, and we wish him all the success in the future. Junior Red Cross, T. C. A. JOSEPH FERRONE Joe Sacred Heart Sacred Heart's prize to Tech was a dark, short, quiet, good- natured boy. He takes his work seriously, and is always willing to help his classmates. He finds mathematics and physics his best subjects, His hobbies are collecting stamps and wise sayings. Joe intends to go into the automobile repair business. PHILIP FILIPPELLI Phil Slocum Wherever there's noise or disturbance in one of l2A2's classes, the chances are that you'll find tall, dark Phil at the bottom of it. PhiI's favorite subjects are mathematics and shop practice, which give him an outlet for his unlimited energy. Outside of school he enjoys dancing and bowling. Chemistry and aeronautics are his favorite subjects, while such hobbies as flying, hunting, and fishing take up a ,great deal of his spare time. ERRICHETTI Millie Webster Millie , usually shy and retiring, surprises us with her unex- pected bursts of gaiety when we least expect them. She can be found walking around in a daze during most of the school day. Her interest is aroused, however, in economics and Italian. C. A Tech 0 Scope Glee Club ESUF ELIAS JUG Hendricken Joe is a happy-go-lucky fellow and is one of the best liked fellows in the l2A5 clalss. RICHARD S. FORD Henry Russell Henry left us at the end of the third year to do his bit for Uncle Sam and see the world. He served in the E. T. O. and saw active service in France, Holland, and Germany. His unit built the first Bailey bridge over the Rhine at Remagen. After service in Europe he was sent to Australia and other Pacific ports. l-le was discharged March 4 and re-enrolled at Leavenworth to- complete his course and get ready for his future work. up Frenchie. FRANCESCHINI Jean Washington Good things come in small packages was made to order for Jean , Here is a rather quiet, but very active little miss whose broad smile has won her a place in our hearts. Jean's favorite subjects are English and science and her hobby is collecting snap- shots. After graduation Jean plans to study business administration at Post College.
