He takes everything in his stride and does not believe in unnecessarily creasing his brow with weighty problems. At present he seems interested in electricity. We think he has the spark in him. Electric Club DANIEL FERRARI Dan Webster Dan is a popular lad with many friends to prove it. Sports minded to a high degree, he has shown his prowess in interclass basketball competition and on the Leaven- worth basketball reserves. Having finished the first stage of his training at Leavenworth, Dan hopes to specialize in a mechanical field. T. C. A. 3, 4 Interclass Basketball 2, 4 Basketball 3 Tech Liber 4 VITO FIERMONTE Slocum Vito faces the world with a smiley that is one reason why everyone likes him. He is fond of dancing, English, and printing. Vito plans to become a printer or a speaker. With his vitality and initiative he's bound to be a success. Carry on, Vito, and good luck for the future. Dance Club 4 Tech-O-Scope 4 Tech Liber 4 RICHARD ANTHONY FINKE Dick Hopeville Take it easy is D'ick's motto, which explains this handsome boy's happy character. His favorite studies are math and chemistry. He intends to find work as a chef in a large hotel. In future years we hope to be hearing about, and eating some of Dick's preparations. T. C. A. His favorite studies are mechanical drawing and chemistry, fin chemistry he is as inquisitive as a scientistj. He has no definite plans for the future. A. 2 7m Jam '41 A M GEORGE LUCAS EVITTS Toby Reiclville Toby, is a husky, red-headed, athletic individual who often can be heard boasting of his experiences with the Waterbury Red Wings. He has played with this hockey team since 1935. Football and hockey are his favorite sports. Toby hopes to attend the University of Miami. If this wish is not granted, he will keep on farming. Football 2, 3, 4 Acting Captain 3, 4 Basketball 4 Manager Interclass Basketball 1, 2 Interclass Volleyball 1, 2, 3, 4 T. C. A. 3, 4 Bucks Hill MARY FAHY Woodrow Wilson Mary is a lively girl who is always laughing and jump- ing around. Did you ever hear her translate Italian? Mary intends to go to college in the near future, but has not decided where. With such a pleasing personality, Dance Class 3 L. L. A. 3 FRANKLIN MARTIN FARRELL St. Ann Franklin is well known about the school and is equally well liked. He is an enthusiastic sportsman, going in for football, boating, ping pong, and, camping. The studies he likes best are economics and math. His favorite expression is Hi-Kid. Gal plans to learn the plumbing and fitting trades. Her favorite studies are draft- ing and sewing, but above all she enjoys sports. Whether or not our team won or lost she was always with them. He is a quiet, tall, friendly boy who makes it his business to have all friends and no enemies. One of the fastest men in me- chanical drawing, Fitz would like to become a drafts- man. We want you to know we're all for you, Fitz. T. C. A. 3 Sacred Heart EDMUND LOUIS GENERALIS HE-ddien Maloney Eddie has about the greatest sense of humor at Leavenworth. An ardent sport fan, Eddie has at- tended most of the school's games. He enjoys a good movie and is very fond of dancing. Oh gosh! is the first thing he'll say whenever anything goes wrong.
