She obtained an A.B. de- gree from Lander College and an M.A. degree from the University of South Carolina. Mrs. McLaurin teaches English and French. Parlez-vous francais? She obtained her AB. degree from Win- throp College. Besides teach- ing, Mrs. Wade enloys sew- ing and reading. Fullfilling her childhood ambition to become a teach- er, Mrs. Lillian R. Duncan graduated from this high school and from the Univer- sity of South Carolina with an AB. degree. Mrs. Dun- can teaches English in Jun- ior High. Receiving a BS. degree from Georgia State College for Women, Mrs. Dorothy C. Ward entered the field of teaching Besides teach- ing senlor English, Mrs, Ward is the advisor for the student newspaper, The Rock Log. Mrs. Charlene Perriot, Eng- lish teacher, comes to us from New Castle, Delaware, where she graduated from the state university with an AB. degree.
