UAQ QGLUQI' FOREWORD WE, THE SENIORS OF 1948, are about to leave forever the halls of Leaksville High School. Our four years here have been happy and profitable ones and we do not Wish to leave them behind without some expression of our gratitude. To our teachers, we extend our most sincere and grateful appreciation for their patience and understanding in their efforts to instill in us the knowledge to carry us through the future years. To our class mates, we express our most fervent hopes that our future lives may not be Wholly separate and apart though each has his own path to travel. As another link in the chain of thoughts of our high school days, we publish this annual in the hope that it will bring back, in the future, the cherished memories of the past. Without their support, We would have been unable to promote successfully many of our school activities. Their untiring efforts have enabled us to complete a Very joyous and happy high school education.
