On June 5, 1988, 34 seniors received their diplomas. A senior ensemble sang Leave You With a Smile. The following awards were presented; American Legion to Steve Stukenberg and Jill Swanson; Outstanding female athlete to Jill Swanson; Outstanding athlete to James Russell; Lion's Club Sportsmanship to Steve Harris; Lion's Club Scholarship to Jill Swanson; Grange awards to Anne Hurley and Steve Stukenberg; Peggy Kretsinger Memorial to Jill Swanson, Joe Bull, and Pam Myera; Outstanding musician to Jill Swanson; John Philip Sousa to Tim Rousch; and Perfect attendance to James Kump. Tim Roush received the SAR and Pam Myers the DAR; Jess Bull, Melody Kappenman, and Nicki Flick were also recognized for their achievements. Valedictorian was Pam Myers and Salutatorian was Joe Bull.
