Donald llorr has accomplished this feat. Through all the disappointments. warnings, disciplinary actions and bits of advice, as well as the compliments, encourageutents and praise throughout our high school career. he has been admired, respected and loved by each of us. Never too busy for a friendly grin or a confidential chat, he has taken the time to become a close friend to each and every high school student. His fairness in dealing with problems and his respect for student opinion has earned him the reputation of being our friend instead of our commander. As a seventh grader once said, H,e's on our side l NX-'hat could be a better compliment for a superintendent of schools! .yn emcvdam Thomas Kunego graduated from l.e Roy High in 1955. l'residenl of his senior class, member of student council and varsity football player, 'l'om was well known and respected throughout the school and community. lintering' service in September, 1055. Tom became a Naval Cadet and was killed November, l956, when his plane crashed near Corpus Vhristi, Texas. He will be long remembered in l,e'Roy for his friendly smile, gentlcmanly ' manners and Hne character.
