Over a period of twelve years, you have been preparing for this Commencement of your adult life. You are to be congratulated for achieving this important step, but you are also to be warned that many even more serious obligations and responsibilities lie before you. Our faculty has tried over a period of years to Ht you to meet those challenges which you will face, and it is our earnest wish that the members of the Class of 1954 will be outstanding examples of the American way of life. . l DONALD HORR Principal Never too busy to give all a friendly smile and a cheery 'hello' is Mr. l'lorr's secretary, Mrs. Kelly. ln addition to pro- viding a cordial atmosphere in the office, Mrs. Kelly is responsible for keeping at- tendance records, liguring averages, typing innumerable papers and report cards. and performing many other small tasks essential to the smooth operation of the school.
