The Sophomore Registering for our second year at Le Moyne, we of the Sophomore Class walked with a certain pride justified in view of what we had accomplished in our initial year on the Heights. We were now in the second phase of our journey to the threshold of erudite manhood and planned to accomplish even more. We were ready to increase the prestige and industry of the class, to complete any obligation which would benefit not only ourselves but the college as wellg to work toward both a scholastic and a spiritual diploma which would instill in our characters the qualities of better Catholic laymen. And we, the Senior Class of '58 did accomplish our goals. Many of our classmates received Dean's List honors. Our members were active in all of the various clubs and organizations on campus and in many instances rose to official positions in an incredibly short time. We had representatives participating in every sports event. Our own class activities included several parties and dances which successfully augmented our spirit as well as our treasury. If this spirit does not fade and we continue to work as cooperative individuals within an organized body, we can look into the eminent future and see ourselves going beyond our goals, accomplishing things which will make Le Moyne as proud of us as we are of her.
