maui..-,......-- Th Fre hma C ass Traveling to Le Moyne for the first time, by various means and from various places, we Freshmen had one thing in common. X5Ue all wondered just what college life would be like. We were a little apprehensive at first, but Orientation Wfeek with its dances, picnics, and of course, tests, soon quieted our doubts. After our first week of regular studies we realized clearly that college was not like high school. It took quite a bit of adjusting to get ourselves into the swing of college study habits but we managed, with no small amount of the proverbial blood, sweat and tears. Having thus been introduced to the social and academic aspects of Le Moyne, our first animal retreat introduced us to the religious side, which was to serve as the mortar which would hold the other two features together and produce the trinity of our purpose at Le Moyne. The rest of the year passed quickly and we began to find that we did not think of ourselves as Freshmen anymore, but as students. Wfe realized how foolish were our earlier fears and anxieties and with this realization came a tremendous feeling of loyalty and admiration for Le Moyne, as well as the assurance that we were now an integral part of the college on the Heights. OFFICERS rx -'W Ted Pepper and Charles Kehoe Co-Chairmen of Freshman class.
