rr- ' X, FRIENDS COOKS Our hot lunch program kitchen is staffed with two full time and one part time cook plus ten to twelve students to help through the serving period. Approximately 300 well balanced meals are served daily. During the month the program uses on an average of 225 lbs. butter, 400 lbs. flour, 500 lbs. po- tatoes, .120 10 lb. cans of vegetables, 85 10 cans of fruit, 950 lbs. of meat substitutes, 285 loaves of bread and 6000 1 2 pints of milk.
