LEFT TO RIGHT Gordon Teaney Secretary Slm Vlnson Presldent Ron Ernest V1ce Presldent Sue Elhott QE-.NIOPJQ We have now reached the end of our high school days Many events have taken place during these years which we will always remember We entered the halls of L C. H. S in 1954 looking forward to many new experiences Jane Gerlach was elected to the Cub cheerleading squad, and Larry Works was chosen for the varsity basketball team We were also represented in other school organizations During our sophomore year Jane Gerlach was again elected Cub cheerleader while Ron Ernest and Jim Fowler loined the varsity team With an eye to the future we worked on several prolects to earn money which would and us the following year in giving the prom Cur Iunior year was one of excitement and hard work We were busy raising money for the prom by giving dances, sponsoring bake sales, and selling stationery. We also presented a play Only an Orphan Girl. At the conclusion of the year we gave the Junior-Senior Prom, Paradise of the Deep, which was very exotic Susie Terrnll and Sue Schneider were elected cheerleaders while our boys went on to fame in sports. In our senior year we were very prominent throughout the school. Susie Terrill and Sue Schneider were again varsity cheerleaders. Our class was very active in Boosters Club Tri-Hi-Y H1-Y Thesplans and Lettermen s Club Jane Gerlach and Susie Terrill were maiorettes in the band while our boys represented most of the varsity team. Treasurer We sponsored several proiects to earn money for caps and gowns and gave a success- ful class play. In April we journeyed to Washington, D.C. and Williamsburg, Virginia to complete our high school years. 10
