WILLIAM HARPER Mr. Harper has studied in this country with Courtney, Del Puento, Rivardo, and George Sweet; in Italy, with Buzzi Peccia. He has also studied with various masters in England. He has made several trips abroad for study; has held church positions in New York, and been for some years a concert and oratorio basso, singing with such artists as Sembrich, Lillian Nordica, and Louise Homer.
