D SEVE TH GRADE EVENTS Our first week at Lawrence Park High School was confusing, but exciting! As time passed, however, we became accustomed to the rules and regulations of our new surroundings. A gala Sock Hop in October was our first social event. It was as successful as all our other activities held throughout the year. We received the honor of having the greatest number of students on the honor roll for the first six weeks and retatned our good reputa tion for the rest of the year Q? Our ilrst fund raising project was a doughnut sale which was held early in October. On October 30, the Sophomores celebrated Halloween with our own party. Everyone who attended had a wonderful time. Excitement ran high when we chose our class rings. We are now eagerly awaiting the day when we will finally receive them We planned many varying proJects for the rest of the year All in all we think this was a very prosperous year for the Sopho mores 'Qu CLASS OFFICERS Pres Suzanne Yatsko Vice Pres Jerry Feeney CC Pat Miller Treas Judy Flaugh 77 Q My ,fe 5 . 3 1, 'K Dedicated by the LAWRENCE PARK OFFICE of the FIRST NATIONAL BANK i':v4' nl' -i 1 'W ROW I Neal Anderson, Mary .Jo Bauey, num narrerr, Margaret Behrxnger, Barbara Boyd Jeanne Brandt ROW II Rosemarre Bundle Helen Buterbaugh Lester Carr Warren Chrchester, Vlncent Crescrman, James Dyer ROW III Agnes Ehas, Robert Epperson, Florence Feathers, Lrnda Flaherty, W11l1am French, Robert Gardner ROW IV George I-lulsrnger, Patrzcxa Jenks Patr1c1a Johns Manlyn Jones, Judy Jordan Judy Kaebmck ROW V Cathy Kellogg Carolyn Kraniz, Carol Lenmng, Greta Lrndqurst, Thomas McMurray Garl Mexer 4 T ' , I, 6 ir S I 8 .
