LAWRENCE LYRE The 7B Science Club was started in the fall at Mrs. Terrell's suggestion. We have a president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. There is a meeting every two weeks. The dues are five cents apiece at each meeting. We have collected about twelve dollars, so far, and have spent three for a science kit. Part of each club meeting is devoted to business. We have a program committee, headed by the vice-president, to prepare something for the latter part of the meeting. We have reports and quizzes and have done some experiments, mostly on magnetism. Some examples: we have found out what materials are attracted by magnets, and how magnets attract and repel each other.
