What friends we have found and what joy we have known And what progress we’ve made on the wide road of learning In just four fleeting years! Oh, how swiftly they’ve flown! But, though school days were pleasant, we feel pur minds turning From the progress of yore to achievements in store — There’s no limit nor zone where ambition can’t soar. And whatever the fortunes our fate h ’ve decreed, , We’ll strive for the best, and we know we’ll succeed. We’re grateful to teachers for al l they have done — For clearing our minds .of each bias and fetter, We’ll try to complete the work they have begun; Live lives that are upright, help make the world better. Different thoughts we shall know, different talents we’ll show, Different ways down the highway of life we shall go — But whatever the fortunes our fates have decreed, We’ll strive for the best, and we know we’ll succeed.
