To the Seniors of Lawrence County High School Greetings: It has been truly said that to do something once is anaccomplishmcnt and to repeat it successfully isan achievement. For that reason the school is highly gratified at the appearance of this annual. This an- nual is synonymous of the splendid success which this year's class hasachieved. This is the school's oppor- tunity to send forth another review in picture and story of a year's work and play of the Lawrence County High School. The spirit of vigor and vitality has been demonstrated in many ways by this class. This annual is only one of its many fine accomplish- TIICHIS. Your conduct has been on a high level. I am more convinced than ever that you want the best for yourselves and for the future students who will en- roll in your Alma Mater. To have and to appreciate superior things, one must be superior in ideals and character. Your opportunities are limited only by your determination and your preparation. The world needs strong mass leadership if civilization moves onward and upward. There is no place for weaklings in our social order of today and tomorrow, You have the ability and determination to supply that leader- ship which society now so sorely needs. My prayers and good wishes will attend your under- takings if they are clothed in honesty, truth and wis- dom. Sincerely, Z 7 'A 1 1 , ' yy il , 'Vs , . Mr. E, O, Coffman, Principal A,B,.
