Student Endeavors Merit Honors This year, Conne Parry and Ann Wilson were chosen to compete with nominees throughout the nation for National Honor Society Scholarships. Selection was based on qualifications for National Honor Society. ln the Scholastic Art Contest held at L. S. Ayres, five Centralites received gold keys for excellence in oils and photography. Nominated by students and faculty, Marcia Cox was awarded the DAR Good Citizen Award given by the Daughters of American Revolution. The Kiwanis Club, for the second consecutive year, presented the Outstanding Swimmer Award to Scott MacDonald. Senior Debi Nell receives the Honor Key from National Honor Society sponsor Mrs. Elinor Bea- man.
