MEMBERSHIP IN THE ARE INTERESTED IN The Bible Club is a club of high moral stand- ards. During the year the Bible Club has had many interesting speakers such as Dr. David McLean who spoke on Witch-craft , and Rev. Richard Alder- mann who spoke on The Marriage Vows. Parties consisting of fish frys, Sweetheart ban- quets and others were enjoyed by all. These are just a few of the things the Bible Club has undertakeng but all are to help create a more understanding feeling between the students and to relate a spiritual undertaking to everyday living. The Bible Club officers are Phyllis Parks, Hilda Bowyer, Susan Shelly and Suzanne Singleton. Q Nancy McLean m.cee's a Bible Club skit. Some members of the club enjoy the supper at their Sweetheart Banquet.

Celeste Mason and Ann Medlin accept an award from Walter Spearman, Professor of Journalism at U.N.C., for their outstanding news coverage.
