TRANSLATORS' STUDENT COUNCIL Le conseil des etudiants de l'ecoIe de traducteurs est l'une des rares associations a caractere bil- ingue. C'est-a-dire que nous avons des represen- tants anglophones et francophones et qu'il leur est possible de s'exprimer dans leur langue preferee durant les reunions. The school of translators' student council is one of the university's rare bilingual associations. This super team of students, mostly girls, organizes many of the main social events of the year. Laurentian University Psychology Association The Psychology Association, founded only one year ago, is a highly active organization, and has enjoyed a rapid growth in memberships. One of the innovative tasks ofthe club is compiling a list of summer jobs which are particularly suited to students of psychology. The club also holds bear-pit sessions, at which all students may talk and air opinions about psychology courses andlor professors. The members meet to plan social events. The group also involves themselves in various political activities.
