Usually Beth Donovant has on a majorette uniform5 this year she dressed for fifties day. kiwi ea, Leaders are important. Since an- cient times someone has always been there to lead the people. But the seniors of '81 seemed to say, Where have all our leaders gone? There is not enough leadership in our senior class. If there are any leaders, they don't show their ability, said Delphine Holland. What leadership? asks Derrick Clark. For our class, leadership is just a word. On the other hand, some people feel that there is too much leadership in the class of '81. I feel everyone tries to lead, said Lisa Bryant. No one wants to feel in- ferior. Everybody thinks he has all the answers. Many people think that they're the best and don't want to ad- mit that someone else could do a better job. There are too many leaders in the senior class, complains Patsy Thompson. Senioritis? l call it just plain fun. The fact that I play harmless jokes on underclassmen, claims Mac Houchings, is just for amusement. Senioritis is a feeling . . .a feeling you get when they announce, 'Will everyone please rise while the seniors march in?' Thaddeus Williams continues, While everyone is standing up, you feel something special about yourself: you want to go out and make something of your life. Senioritis means that seniors feel they are privileged and can do what they want to, said Renee Anderson. They skip, and think that just because they are seniors, no one can do anything about it.
