HE LTH First aid is the immediate and temporary care given the victim of an accident or sudden illness until the services of a physician can be obtained. First aid training is a valuable home and community resource at all times. Such training helps the individual to prevent accidents and to care for himself and his family when accidents do occur. T. DRIVER EDUCATIO Essential to the safety of all drivers is the proper training of the young driver.
