She talked about her friends an awful lot and I don't know if she showed it very much around her friends, but she told me many times how she loved her friends. Thank you one and all for sharing your friend with me who became more than a friend to me, she became my loving Angel Wife. Her Husband Mike Moran Jeanette Marie Learned Moran died December 21, 1982 from an incurable form of cancer called Hodgkin’s Disease. Jeanette was born to Richard and Stephanie Learned in Redding, California. When she was five-years-old she and her family moved to Laurel. She is survived by her husband Mike Moran; her mother, Stephanie Linday; her stepfather, Bud Linday; two sisters, Jenny and Sarah; and two brothers, Mike and Jason. Jeanette loved participating in sports and she also enjoyed the outdoors. Throughout grade school and junior high she excelled in basketball and softball. She also enjoyed hiking and swimming. On May 28, 1982 Jeanette married Michael Glenn Moran. After she became married Jeanette withdrew from school because she was physically exhausted from her illness. Jeanette also loved animals.
