SCHOOL BOARD Richard Black works for the Montana Power Company. Alan Richardson farms west of Laurel. Harry McLane, the chairman of the School Board, is an optometrist in downtown Laurel. Both Samuel Mourich and Clarence Karst are employed by the Farmers Union Central Exchange at the refinery south of Laurel.

AD MINIS TRA TION Mr. Wollan, Superintendent of the Laurel School System since July 1, 1958, will retire on July 1 this year. During his administration the Laurel Senior High and the South Elementary School were built. Improvements and additions have been made on the Fred Graff and West Elementary Schools during this time. He has also been very active in trying to improve the curriculum of the school system. Mr. Wollan is a member of the Laurel Rotary Club and Laurel Chamber of Commerce. He has been an active member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church and at one time was a member of the church board. He was also a Board Director of the Montana High School Association. He is a life member of the Montana Education and the National Education Association. The members of the Annual Staff wish him the best in his retirement from the Laurel school system. William A.
