Besides numerous after-school sales, they held an all-school Valentine Party. Freshman Candidates for Laurel Leaves King and Queen were Ronnie Stoltz and Alice Kinney. Alice was also chosen as Freshman Sweetheart Queen Candidate. The freshmen have been very good grade-wise this year, tieing with the seniors with 23 per cent of the students on the honor roll during the third six weeks. 26
