Moody l Terry Hamilton, Manager FOOTBALL The Red Raiders The 1959 Latta Red Raiders ended the season by bowing to the arch-rival Dillon Wildcats. Latta did not post an impressive record, winning only two while losing eight. The majority ol this year's players were inexperienced, and many were playing lor the first time. All indications point to a much better record next year. The nine graduating Red Raiders are Billy Bethea, Eddie Brunson, Gary Bullard, Warren Fore, Maclc Gaddy, Malcolm George, Eddie Hatchell, Gary Johnson, and Wallace Sellers. Eddie Brunson, Eddie Hatchell, Gary Johnson, Malcolm George, and Wallace Sellers saw action in the annual Tobacco Bowl in Florence.
