Their work is olten overlooked and rarely appreciated by the student bod . The office assistants give up one study period. Their duties includle running errands, taking telephone calls, and operating the duplicating machine. They receive no pay or favors lor their services. Over the years Latta High School bus drivers have had a com- mendable safety record. This record has been upheld again this year by a capable group ol drivers. The responsible position that these drivers hold is recognized by all students. Other students who have Driver's Certificates are Howard Beckwith, Vic Bethea, Junior Hunt, Ralph Jackson, Edison Lee, Bill McDonald, Joe Sanderson, and Stephen Williamson.
