SUPERINTENDENT MR. B. F. CARMICHAEI. A.B. Wofford College Latta High School prides itself as being one ol the best small high schools in South Carolina. Much of the credit for this goes to Mr. B. F. Carmichael, who has served the school lor 36 years. Under his guidance the school has become a member ol the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The Latta Area Schools now consist ol six schools with modern Facilities and well-qualified faculties. SECRETARY MRS. LULA B. MANNING A.B. University of South Carolina Agnes Scott College While fulfilling her duties as school secretary, Mrs. Manning always finds time to cooperate with students and organizations. Very original and talented, she is continually called upon to sponsor banquets and other activities. This year she served as sponsor lor the cheerleaders.
