Three years later William Fellowes joined Gordon. In fourth grade Joe Halla and John Burns boosted the class total to four. ',.,,f..- 1 Alfred Novak entered in sixth grade. The following year Raymond Hadley, Frank Nicholas and Victor Koch swelled the total to eight. The next year Harold Ross was Hi admitted. ln the freshman year John La Due, William Press, Donald Cameron and Karl Schmid hrst joined our midst. Then Ned Sims honored us with his presence. From the old school we moved to the new school at 1531 North Dearborn Parkway Y where Harold Hodgson, John Barnes, and Robert Hogue entered our portals. ln the last and final year of our high school education QU our class greeted Henry Bourne Pillsbury. This year's Sixth Form has been represented in everv school activity, ln football Captain Burns, Hodgson, Hadley, Press, Sims, Schmidt, Hogue, and Fellowes all have done their best and will leave quite a gap in next year's football squad. As for baseball Hodgson, Burns, Schmid, Don Cameron, Hogue, and Fellowes have tried their best at all times. In basketball we had a very good representation in Captains Hodgson and Fellowes, Burns, Pillsbury, Schmid, and Hogue. Joe Halla has been leading and playing in the school orchestra for two years. By the manner in which Joe swings his magic baton, the orchestra has been made very popular. At the old school our class under the direction of Press and Hadley gave in the freshman year the first dance which had been given by the Latin School in many years. This dance, given at the Surf, went over with a bang! and was concluded with a rousing cheer given by the upper classmen for the Freshmen. In our first year at the new school the class gave what was acknowledged by everyone to be the best dance of L3 1: the year. Finally in our last year we brought our social activities to a close with an fl unusually good Senior Prom. 1' gl Page,-70 i S 1 L 1 1 1 'f
