- ' DRIVER EDUCATION Education Doesn ' t Always Mean Hitting the Books. Though the emphasis at Latin School is mainly upon academics, a variety of non-academic courses are taught. Among these are Physical Education, Drivers Education and Health. Under the direction of Mr. Robert Anderson, the freshman learn about the human anatomy in Health Class, and develop their athletic skills in Phys. Ed. Driver Education is an elective for those who wish to learn the art of driving. In the Drivers Ed. classroom the student is drilled in the laws of the road before he is taught how to drive sensibly behind the wheel.
