The 1987-88 Varsity Wrestling Team boasted an undefeated dual-meet season this year. They set a national record with their 78-0 shut out over North Cobb, truly an outstanding ac- complishment for a high school team. The Junior Varsi- ty Trojans won second place in the North Metro Takedown Club Tournament, with four wrestlers taking home first place honors. They also suc- ceeded in becoming Cobb County Champions. Through the leadership of Coach Day and Coach Guy, and the many hours sweated out at tiring practices, the JV Wrestlers continued the tradition of hav- ing another winning season. { 701 SS ' ?7t(

This year ' s swimteam was in good shape despite the num- ber of seniors lost. The swim- mers practiced four days a week for an hour-and-a-half. Swimmers gave their best at each and every practice to make up for lost swimmers. The placements in meets were achieved by every swimmer, but they were gotten off to a great start with the help of Debbie Kinsley and Mike Doyle.
