J This year the Faculty was an important part of Lassiter High School. They gave the student body guidance, knowledge, experience, and a feeling of pride. The nu- merous teachers at Lassiter encouraged the students to do their best at anything they did. They not only taught the students their field of study but also about what to expect in life. Teach- ers also encouraged stu- dents to expand their hori- zons. By sponsoring clubs, sports, and academic teams, the faculty showed their dedication to Lassiter High School and to the stu- dent body. Everyone should be indebted to the faculty because without them, Las- siter High School could not be one of the best schools in Georgia.

MPv. ALLEN, PPvlNCIPAL Mr. Douglas Allen received a B. and an M.A. from Georgia State University. He also received an Ed.S. from the University of Geor- gia. This year was Mr. Allen ' s fifth year as principal of Lassiter High School. Dedicated to make Las- siter the best school possible, he continued to show his pleasure of working with young people. Mr. Al- len ' s constant participation in the numerous school sponsored events raised the spirit of the stu- dent body and the faculty. During his spare time, Mr. Allen enjoyed listening to the music of Randy Travis. He also enjoyed watching Clint Eastwood movies and the television show entitled Wild Wild World of Animals . Mr. Allen was indebted to the student body for all of their efforts in making LHS a great school. The combination of Mr. Allen ' s spirit and dedication have made him a superior principal.
