UQUO adis Q Where are you going? W'here are the Seniors going? Where is St. Ignace going? Our Mackinac Bridge presents a challenge to all of us. It will mean great changes in our lives, our town, and our whole Upper Pe- ninsula. The challenge of the future is al- ways with us, sometimes in visible form like the great span that will presently cross our straits, sometimes in the less tangible form of new ideas to explore, new ways of doing things, new friends to meet. Where we are going often depends on where we have been. The years we spend in school equip us with techniques for finding jobs, searching out answers, making new friends. Many of this year's graduating class will remain in St. Ignace, where with the back- ing of farsighted townspeople, they will meet the challenge of the future which will ma e St. Ignace bigger, better, more pros- perc .s, and more inviting. Other 1956 grad- uates will find their places away from this community. They, too, must front the future with the eguiy .zent of their experiences and education. Where are we going?. . . We are going forward to prosperity, sucQe,ss,,,a,nd happiness!
