Las Vegas High School has progressed a great deal since the day its doors first opened in T910 with a total of 5 faculty rnembersg today there are seventy-four, three of whom came to us during OUR YEAR. It is their teachings we shall reflect in the years to come. A Faculty Senate was organized in the space of 1957-581 so rapidly have we grown as to necessitate a governing board within our- selves. These highly capable and well-educated men and women are constantly striving to help us in building the strong foundations on which successful lives are based. The quest for knowledge is an incessant oneg perhaps some- day we may fulfill the expectations of these teachers, without whom we most surely would sink into medio- crity.
